At Sarvhit NGO (Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association), we are deeply grateful for your support and contribution toward our mission of helping underprivileged children, promoting education, and supporting social welfare initiatives.
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which donations and payments made to Sarvhit NGO (Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association) can be refunded.

2. Donations

All donations made to Sarvhit NGO (Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association) are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, whether made online, by cheque, cash, or any other payment method.
Donors are requested to double-check donation details before confirming the payment.

3. Duplicate Donations

If you accidentally make a duplicate donation or an incorrect amount due to a technical or human error, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.
Upon verification, Sarvhit NGO (Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association) will refund the extra or duplicate amount within 15–20 working days, after deducting applicable transaction or processing fees, if any.

4. Event or Program Fees

In some cases, Sarvhit NGO (Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association) may collect registration or participation fees for specific programs, events, or competitions.

Refunds for such payments will only be considered if the event is canceled by Sarvhit NGO (Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association).
If a participant withdraws voluntarily after registration, no refund shall be issued.

5. Transaction Failure

If you have been charged for a failed transaction or did not receive confirmation, please email us at sarvhitorg@gmail.com with:

Transaction ID or screenshot of payment
Date and time of the transaction
Donor’s name and contact details

After verification with our payment gateway, we will process a refund if the amount was indeed debited but not received by us.

6. Mode of Refund

All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the donation.
Please note that banks and payment gateways may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.

7. Policy Changes

Sarvhit NGO (Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association) reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.”
