3. Event or Program Registrations

If you register for a paid event, workshop, or campaign organized by Sarvhit NGO:

  • You may request cancellation within 48 hours of registration, provided the event date is at least 7 days away.
  • If the event is canceled by Sarvhit NGO, a full refund or credit for a future event will be provided.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be entertained after the mentioned time period.

4. Monthly or Recurring Donations

For donors who have set up recurring or subscription-based donations:

  • You may cancel your recurring donation by notifying us in writing or through email at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.
  • Once a recurring payment is processed, it cannot be reversed for that month.

5. Technical or Payment Errors

In case of duplicate transactions or technical issues (like being charged twice), donors must inform us within 7 working days of the transaction date.
Upon verification, Sarvhit NGO will process the necessary corrections or refunds as per our Refund Policy.
