Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association (Sarvhit NGO). This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding cancellation of registrations, training programs, events, donations, memberships, and other services offered through our website.

1. General Policy

Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association is a registered non-profit organization committed to providing education, skill development, employment support, and social welfare services. We strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all our activities.

2. Cancellation of Training & Registration

• Participants may request cancellation of a training program or event registration by sending an email before the commencement of the program.
• Cancellation requests received after the program has started may not be eligible for any refund.
• The organization reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may be offered an alternative batch or an eligible refund.

3. Donations

All donations made to Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Incorrect payment amount due to payment gateway error.
• Unauthorized transaction verified by the payment provider.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 working days, subject to banking procedures.

4. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request via email. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the organization.

5. Scholarship & Examination Registration

Registration fees paid for scholarship examinations, competitions, or application processing are generally non-refundable, except where:

• The event is cancelled by the organization.
• Duplicate payment has been made.
• Payment was processed in error.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
• Processing may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment gateway and bank.
• Any applicable transaction charges deducted by banks or payment gateways may not be refundable.

7. Cancellation by the Organization

Sarv Training and Employment Mission Association reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any training program, event, or service due to insufficient registrations, government guidelines, emergencies, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
